HOW IT WORKS

From your brief to a working character world.

Choose our characters and worlds, share your audience brief, then review the stories and useful experiences together. Five steps, with your approval at each stage.

  1. Share your brief

Tell us about your audience, your purpose, which of our characters or worlds interests you, and where you would like the character to appear. A short enquiry is enough to begin; the optional guided brief helps if you want to share more.

  2. Agree scope and usage

Together we agree the deliverables, who reviews what, and the permitted uses. Licensing is agreed individually before work starts.

  3. Approve the character and world

We confirm the selected Livelier Memories character or world and its approved identity, personality and voice. You review the proposed applications before content is produced. Existing-mascot or custom work is an exception on request; customer-owned characters require authorisation from whoever holds the rights.

  4. Review the content

Every piece is human-led and checked for character identity, clarity, factual accuracy and accessibility. Where subject knowledge matters, you supply the authoritative information.

  5. Deploy and learn

Content goes out through the channels we agreed. We set a baseline and proportionate measures, then refine based on evidence. Results are not guaranteed.

We deliver digital content and artwork files. Physical printing, manufacturing and fulfilment are separate and must be arranged within an agreed scope.

What helps us start

  • A brand and audience brief
  • A preferred Livelier Memories character or world, if you have one
  • Where the content will be used (deployment requirements)
  • One decision-maker for approvals
  • Source facts for anything the content explains
