CHARACTER OS

Our characters. Your audience. A continuing story.

Choose our existing characters and worlds. Our managed programme activates them through reviewed stories, guides, email content and keepsakes — with companionship at the centre.

The character and the managed programme

Our design ambition is to make generative interactions engaging and memorable through clearly fictional characters, without pretending to be human. The character is the familiar face; interactive capabilities and integrations are agreed separately, not all live or included. CharacterOS is a managed creative service and framework, not a self-service subscription.

Sketch

Who is this for, and why would anyone care?

Start by choosing one of our characters or worlds for your audience and purpose. Our sketch studies show how their personalities and visual identities were developed; approved references guide the agreed application.

Deliverable: a selected character or world, approved references and an audience brief.

Character universe

How can it carry stories over time?

We work within the selected world’s personalities, relationships and boundaries to develop recurring stories for your audience, so a character has more to do than pose.

03

CharacterOS

How does quality stay coherent?

Approved references, brand rules, source facts and creative review keep identity consistent. We agree feedback, revisions and delivery; poses and formats can change without redefining the character.

Deliverable: reference system, voice and story guidelines, and a review checklist.

Questions

How do we choose a character or world?

Start with our Livelier Memories collection and explore the personalities and worlds that fit your audience. We agree scope and permitted uses individually; showcase characters are not offered for exclusive transfer.

Can you work with our mascot or create a custom character?

This can be discussed as an exception on request, with the appropriate permissions. Our default is to activate our existing characters and worlds. Scope and rights are agreed before work begins.

Who owns the work?

Ownership, licensing, permitted uses and commercial arrangements are set out in each specific agreement.

Is this software we log in to?

No. CharacterOS is our managed creative service and framework, not a self-service subscription.

Can we make occasional pictures ourselves?

Absolutely. If you need occasional pictures, your existing tools may be enough. We help manage a recognizable character across customer communications: its appearance, personality, approved facts, content, reviews and agreed delivery. You are buying a consistent programme, not access to an image generator.

Is a character right for our audience?

Fit depends on the audience, task and tone. We start with a small application and review whether the character helps people understand, enjoy or participate. A character is not right for every situation.

How do you maintain consistency?

We work from approved references, brand rules and source facts, then review content and incorporate agreed feedback and revisions. Generative outputs still need checking.

How do we measure usefulness?

Agree a goal and baseline, then measure useful outcomes such as understanding, correct brand association, voluntary participation or relevant commercial results. Record confusion and negative responses too. No uplift is guaranteed.
